ABOUT

We believe that true healing is multi-dimensional.
You are not just a physical structure to be fixed; you are a complex, beautiful ecosystem of interconnected pathways. Within your physical body lie internal organs (doshas), energy centers (plexuses), and vital channels (nâdîs). When one of these falls out of alignment, the whole system feels the ripple.
At YogAfoot, we do not patch over symptoms. In collaboration with your primary physicians--especially you--we will work with you to find the root causes of your pain and which solutions we can provide for healing.
We stand firmly on the ancient, time-tested foundation of the Eight Limbs of Ashtânga Yoga.
From the ethical disciplines of the yamas and niyamas, through the physical sanctuary of âsana and prânâyâma, to the deep, meditative depths of dhâranâ, dhyâna, and samâdhi—we utilize the complete map of yogic science.
We weave this timeless framework with the resonant medicine of sound healing and the raw, introspective power of journaling and creative expression. This is not a one-size-fits-all practice. This is a highly individualized, therapeutic program designed uniquely for you.
Whether your goals are physiological, emotional, psychological, intellectual, or deeply spiritual, your path to alignment is already within you. We are simply here to hand you the tools, light the lanterns, and clear the channels.
Welcome to YogAfoot.
Step into wellness.
